  MW Terry Ellison joined the Brethren of Freedom Lodge to celebrate Masonry’s heritage of Moon Lodges and Freedom’s agricultural roots. The uniform of the day was bib overalls!

At the public ceremony conducted at Ashburn Sterling Lodge, Freedom installed it’s Officers for the ensuing year.   Check the Officers tab for names and positions.                                    

Welcome and congratulations to Freedom’s newest Master Mason – Blake Gillenwater.   Blake was raised at a Called Communication on November 22.  In addition to Freedom’s members, Brothers from 4 other Lodges were present including Van and Dan Gillenwater.      

September was a busy month for Freedom both inside and outside of the Lodge. At our Stated, we received Brothers Cecil B. DeMille, John Wayne, Harry Truman, and Theodore Roosevelt.  Each provided a little insight into their Masonic history.
